TOMA STENKO (b. 1980, Georgia)

I unbelievably love colour. I like researching it endlessly, listening to it, colliding with it, and every time I feel surprised at how little we know about it. It's an infinity...

Toma Stenko (b. 1980, Georgia) is an award-winning artist, film director, and fashion designer who holds a BA and an MA from the Central Saint Martins University of Art and Design, London.

Named by Vogue Magazine as one of the world’s top twenty emerging fashion designers, she held internships at the Mary Katrantzou and Alexander McQueen studios in London, won numerous international competitions, and participated in art exhibitions and fashion weeks in Paris, London, Berlin and Tokyo. Toma is also an award-winning scriptwriter and film director.

Painting has been Toma’s passion since childhood and throughout her career in fashion and filmography she continued to paint, including working as an artist for the English National Ballet, theatre and film.
